I’m Mason Burke, founder of Prospera Equity Group. My journey began in Charleston, South Carolina, where I built a successful HVAC and protective coatings business by focusing on resilience, quality, and protecting long-term investments in tough environments. That experience taught me the importance of safeguarding assets while creating sustainable value, lessons I carry directly into real estate
When I entered multifamily investing, I brought the same principles with me: a sharp eye for undervalued opportunities, a commitment to disciplined execution, and a drive to deliver results for both investors and communities.
