Our founder, Mason Burke, started his career in the HVAC and protective coatings industry in coastal Charleston, SC. In one of the toughest environments for equipment and infrastructure, Mason built businesses that solved problems, created long-term value, and earned trust.

I’m Mason Burke - a Charleston native, entrepreneur, and father of three.

My journey from HVAC rooftops to real estate boardrooms has been guided by one thing: building systems and opportunities that last.
